Video Premier: Dad Rocks! “Weapons”

Icelandic/Danish musician Snævar Albertsson, of the band Mimas, is coming to America for the first time under his brand new moniker Dad Rocks!  We are quite excited to bring you  the debut of his first single “Weapons,” which features a guest performance by Broken Social Scene’s Charles Spearin on the trumpet. The music video itself features a modern day music fan that follows Albertsson’s every move only to get swiped up by the feds for copyright infringement. So if you are going to go the legal route and buy an album, make sure it’s this one kids! The album Mount Modern is out November 8 via Paper Garden.
